As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Spent my morning testing out baseball equipment for a budding baseball team apparently I got volunteered to help manage.

After about forty minutes, with all their gear picked out and packed up, I had the pleasure of exercising someone else's credit card... yikes, talk about a backbreaking workout!!!
Then, after spending my whole day planning things for Flipside Fitness, I then headed out to midnight shopping in Dongdaemun with five others all on a mission.
Despite having a set game plan on what and why were there, you couldn't help but be distracted and feel a sense of sensory overload with everything.
We fought our way through the swarms of people and beat the distractions.  I must admit though that Snickers and I did kind of resort to a three block hunt for chicken sticks, something that was obviously not on our plan but a well deserved treat for all our efforts.
