As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

A weekend just ain't really a worth-it weekend without my fun, fierce females of Flipside Fitness.

Sure the ladies of Flipside Fitness may look sweet and all but don't be deceived!
They'll knock you out if you gave them a try!
I think all the energy and adrenaline from Friday night's Blood, Sweat and Tears -- Sparring Tournament -- rubbed off on them because today they asked if I could gear them up and let them go at each other, so that's what we did.  I geared them up and let them go one round each on each other.
And props to this special gal, one of my Advanced Boxercise ladies who joined our beginners class today.  She was the quickest to volunteer and then she let me go one round with her in the ring.
See... I told you they were trouble; throwing jabs at me and pretending not to notice!!!
