As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

This picture totally captures exactly how our morning started off -- in pure relaxing mode.  Considering we started our day off pretty much with a non-existent morning, it was definitely chill.
But of course that's only because our days extend well into the next day!
This what my evening consisted of -- great running buddies.
(This is us enjoying one of my protein-packed Hulk-Out smoothies after our run).
And this is how my evening became my morning -- sitting around with great friends.
... and of course my four-legged friends too.
By the time my friends went home it was already late, well early for me, but I wanted to get back to work, putting in motion some of their suggestions we all had discussed.

Got to bed at 5am... Shopping for Abs at 9am.
