As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Our mini pro shop, the BEFORE shot.
And here's a shot of how it looked after today's work -- after I attacked it.
The other day it got a new floor and this week it'll be getting plastered with some fresh colour.
Yesterday I picked up the Flipside Fitness jackets.  They're for the five ladies who have been picked as representatives but I just had to try one on Pyen Chi.  I let her try mine on.
She lounged around in it and looked super adorable but it was hell trying to get her out of it.  Sorry Pyen Chi, but I think you my dear need an extra large.
Tonight, after our ROBO Time, I took this shot.  And sorry Pyen Chi, but my fierce Flipside Fitness reps definitely win the prize for looking awesome in it.
Designating these jackets for my five reps, perfect idea.  What better way to get our boxing club and Flipside Fitness out to the public than to have five good-looking, fierce females sporting our name on their backs!!! Seriously, what a wicked form of advertising... hahaha.
I also picked up our massive banner for A Day At the Races -- Round Two.  It looks really good, love how we've incorporated Flipside via the use of the character Thundra.
