As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

I don't believe in treating myself with food, I'm not a dog, but tonight I indulged in some sinful eating.  We had "Quarterback Crunch Time" after work tonight, to kick off the start of a new beginning for me and say goodbye to a me I hope to never again be.

I showed this picture to Snickers tonight and he said, "Don't envy her" and I responded by telling him that it's not that I envy her, I respect her and admire where she is with her fitness, health and body.

Many times I've gotten myself so close to where I want to be, measurement wise, yet something always holds me back or prevents me from getting to that next step.
Not any more.
I have no more excuses or means of holding back.  Now is my time.

Hi Jess,
Thanks lady but I beg to differ. Where I want to be, where I think I should be and where I am continue to be THREE DIFFERENT places and it is very frustrating. I WILL get there though, you just wait and see ;)
