As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Butiq Lounge

The three skulls shown on the bar's back wall are projected up there via three projectors so the picture is constantly changing -- a very cool idea.
And hello hamburger like I've never eaten before.  I'm not one of hamburgers and definitely not one for French fries but hello.... hello delish!

I love their interior design ideas and the play with the skull.
They have this massive skull on the wall that I just couldn't resist snapping shots of.  I really should have taken shots of their gorgeous bathrooms too but I thought that might be a bit weird throwing those on my homepage, as if they were something to check out in the lounge instead of the main area.
And here's one of my Hulk's members.  He was making an apple martini and a grape martini.
Grand Marnier shots that I suggested for them to test out.
