As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

My Baby Turns into a Bigger Baby at Hulk's

Pyen Chi returned to work today but in her excitement to be back, she exhausted herself quite quickly and got crappy and gumpy fast.
Perhaps it was because I made her follow our club's policy of wearing a shirt.
Or perhaps it was because I didn't exactly share all my delish snacks and meals with her.
She did get paid though, not in money but in getting a day off of the house, away from the other two four-legged babies who surely drive her nuts at times.
My Team Thundra showed Pyen Chi today how real tough women trained.
Here they are doing a "friendly" challenge I posed for them.

The winner got bragging rights and a free sports drink -- yah to my Poster Child Girl for winning!!!
And the losers had to do tire exercises... oh the notorious make-you-puke tire exercises!!!

Pyen Chi's day with us at Hulk's ended with chillaxin for the last hour, me enjoying the sight of my favourite person training one of our favourite members while eating my favourite meal besides my favourite gal.
