As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Hulktastic, Eggtastic Delish Fun!

Well, we did it.  We searched out that egg roll machine online that we saw at the Cheonan Food Festival and it arrived.  Today we tested it out.
The instructions state to simply add two eggs, but leave it to me to try to be creative with it.
Two massive egg whites with pepper, oregano and a bit of cheese equalled a whole stick of delish!
[side note... look at how happy Snickers is!  He's just so damn cute and I don't know what more I want to eat, his super cute face or these eggs!!!]
We made a whack of these egg snacks today but the best was when I insisted my Poster Girl Child taste test one.  She was quite entertained by it all... hahahaha.
And with a simple squirk of some added ketchup, our new egg snack got a thumbs up approval.  It's been member tested and member approved.
Introducing the "Egg Ding-Ding" snack, available at Hulk's for a price not yet figured out yet.
