As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

From Saturday Morning Grubbies to Fine Dining

Spent my morning curled up on the couch with my man and my two four-legged boys beside me, watching UFC.
Pacquiao hasn't quite learned he's suppose chew the bone I've given him, so he stands there starring at me, not knowing what to do with it.
Watching these two little dudes fight over Pac's bone proved to be more entertaining than a couple of the UFC fights but did you check out Hunt's fight?!! A draw?! What... holy frustration.  Love Hunt!!! He may be small but boy is he a beast in the cage.
No sooner did today's UFC tournament finish but we were then getting dolled up -- date night!!!
Headed over to a local restaurant that has a gorgeous entrance and is quite traditional.
Best meat in town, surely!!!  Sorry, but I could never see myself going vegetarian.  I love my meat.
... and the meat loves my tummy.  The two are just drawn to each other.
