As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Weight is Dropping but Doggie Numbers are Increasing... maybe

This is how White Day started -- me with mad bedhead and puffy eyes, squished against the wall of the bedroom because 3 particular loved ones took over my bed.  Pyen Chi look like a wall of white fur here and trust me, she feels like that too hence why I wrote 'squished'.
I took these screen shots of my weight tracking in the morning but by noon (after a light jog with Pyen Chi), I had continued to drop weight and was down three full kilos in three days.
And this is how I ended White Day, my favourite girl meeting a new girl in my life -- Pyen Chi and Belfort.
I have a sneaking suspicion that I'm going to be responsible for both soon enough as my assumptions about Belfort's situation were proven wrong tonight.
