This is what staff meetings are like at Hulk's -- they're never the norm.

Back when we were still in our renovation stage, staff meetings often were often held in more unusal settings than our club front steps.  I remember once we had a meeting in the club bathroom. The new toliets had just been delievered so we sat on them because we had no other chairs.

And this is what we do for our members -- here's Snickers shaving off the little rolly-pollies off of Kato's training pants.  If you think this looks odd, you should have seen it when Snickers made his way to Kato's backside.  I couldn't stop laughing.

Here's me after training with two of our late night Hulkies.  They may look all super cute and smiley but just a few minutes earlier I'm pretty sure they were cursing my name as I put them through a mean leg exercise.

So keep this on the low, this is me breaking open one of three boxes that got delievered today from the Songlak Marathon committee.  The race has been postponed and we're actually canceling our participation in it but today all the race participant gifts arrived.  I just HAD to check them out.

Props to them for the awesome green fanny pack they give the 5km runners but HUGE boo to them for the boxy blue backpack for the 10km and half marathoners.

Tonight three of the four WOW family members visited us late in the evening.

And this is what we do after training hard, we eat equally hard... hahahaha.

Got to love the fact that one of the two businesses our main sponsor owns and operates is a 24hr restuarant that serves food that is as healthy as it is delicious.
