As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Those Who Train Together Stick Together

Me and the boys hit the club tonight... and the sandbags... and each other.
WOW totally killed that sandbag.  He surely is deserving of his great name.
And I love the fact that as professional and business-oriented he is, he's just as silly and down to Earth.
In one breath he'll be lecturing me about training intensity and then in the next breath he'll be letting me squeeze his head for a silly picture... hahaha.
Ohhhhhh Snickers, silly Korean hottie.  You're not actually photo bombing my pic; I was sneaking a pic of you.
That's right, I sat back and let the men do the laundry.
This was my happiness of the day shot.  I let them do ALL the laundry.
"Good job men, now take me to dinner!"
