As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Romance and PDA

Enjoyed a beautiful dinner out tonight that was as stunning as it was delicious.
And the fact that one of my cutie friends personally cooked it up for us made it all that more delicious!!!
Salad and bread was followed by a tomato pasta.
Then came a steak... and then a cream pasta.
A cappiccino extra shot and a mocha latte also followed... woozers, we were definitely spoiled!!!
Then it was off to Seoul for a great night of late night shopping among a sea of shoppers.
Snickers thought he looked cute but check out these hats --- super, duper cute!!!
I picked out a green frog hat for Snickers' nephew and he picked out a pink cat for his niece.
And what's late night street shopping without enjoying some of Korea's super yum street food?! Exactly.
I tell you, one of my favourite things about Korea is it's obsession with food.
You can walk down a most random street and find a street food seller.
Snickers is always up for ice cream -- any time, any where -- so I bought him some.
Turns out he just wanted to sit on a park bench with me and steal my kisses... hahaha.
