As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

My Security Team

There's definitely a sense of security felt that comes with living with these three four-legged friends.
The size of Pyen Chi alone is enough to scare off most people and then her deep, down-from-the-gut loud bark only works to make her more intimidating.
Balboa may be super small in size but he's got radar ears and is always the first to pick up on random sounds and bark his head off.  He's all bark and no bite but there's a lot of bark to him.
And as for Pacquiao, he's the one to be careful of.  He doesn't like most people but he definitely doesn't like anyone who comes between him and I.  He doesn't even let the other two horse-play with me without him stepping in to nip at their noses and try to block them from getting to me.

Pac is most definitely my very own personal body guard.  When he is free in the club, there isn't anything I can do or any place I can go to without him right beside me, following me and watching me.  Even when this little guy is sleeping, he's still watching out for me.  Notice the one eye open.
