As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Giving Out the Beats and the Foodies

Today many Hulkies stepped into the ring to see if they could make our amateur team.

And one by one they went a few rounds with Snickers, the Korean Hulk.

I love this shot.
The boxer hitting Snickers here with the body shot is our oldest member on our amateur team.
Snickers stepped out of the ring to let Wow take over and go against KS the SK.

And while much of the sparring went on, I cooked up a storm.
I was going to post some picks of what my chicken spinach patties looked while being made, that is before the cooking started, but honestly they looked nasty.
Two words; blended chicken.  Ya, seeing what chicken looks after it's been blended is never a pretty sight!

My spinach chicken patties were a huge hit with our Hulkies... yahh!!!
(Mind you now I have no meals to last me the rest of the week... hahaha)
And my pumpkin pie pudding, also a huge hit!
Am glad my Hulkies are loving eating healthy but I better stock up on more groceries!!!
