As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Putting Up some Christmas Cheer

This was the mess I made today.  I may look like a pile of junk but it will become Christmas here at Hulk's... I hope.
After some much juggling, I've started on my fireplace.  Keeping my fingers crossed on this one.
Some heart ordaments for the wishes of our Hulkies, and a little snowman to greet everyone.
Some hot chocolate and chocolate dipped cookies for my mini Hulkies/assistants.
And a whole whack of snowflakes!!!
Thanks to some of the guys for attacking the task of assembling the Christmas tree and the lights.
Got to love the dedication and super duper help of my two mini assistants.  Love these girls!!!
Like I said, a whack of snowflakes... 200 to be exact.
At 1am I decided to stop decorating.
We had started early in the afternoon with picking up the boxes and trying to arrange them and it wasn't until after closing time that we started to hang the lights.
