We forgot to take a pre-long run shot so I took one during our run, right when we passed the 9km mark.
Running our long runs isn't easy, don't get me wrong. Just because we run long doesn't mean it's easy. We pretty much hate it once it gets into the double digits but we definitely love the feeling afterwards, the feeling that we kicked our own butts and did our body good.
There is most certainally a post run rush that comes with finishing it.
And of course, a post long-run shot where we're all smiles and good spirits because it is o-v-e-r!!!

From training gear and super sweaty to all dolled up and smelling sweet, tonight Snickers and I headed out for our weekly date night.
We decided to head over to Shinsaegee/Yawoori and check out a flick there but before we did so we checked out the new cafeteria area they made. They've really out done themselves with the design and food choices; it was surely a feast for the eyes!!!

I stuck to just looking at the desserts. I don't really have a sweet tooth anymore plus knowing how much calories I have to burn, how long I have to run, to work off one of these bad boy, tempting treats isn't worth the few minutes of mouth-watering glory.
But I did treat myself to one of these yummy guys -- eggs with kimchi/veggies.
The new cafeteria in Yawoori is so pretty and I love the modern, industrial spin they used, but it was a bit of a sensory overload with all the delish food I wanted to try. I think we'll stick with just watching movies at CGV. It's not only cheaper there and but just a hop, skip and a jump away from Hulk's but it also doesn't have a zillion and one tempting treats to lure me away from my clean eating.
I'm a sucker for baked goods, bakeries are like Heaven and Earth all wrapped up into one, and Shinsaegee had way too many baked goodies for this bread-loving junkie.
