As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Some Friendly Competition and some Super Delish Fish

Nothing like the boys (key word being "boys" here) getting into competitive mode early with a little arcade action.
Game One's Team Hulk and Team Thundra.
I vouch that the first game was a warm-up because the competition in the second game was super intense and it basically came down to the last frame.   Snickers was B7 and I was B8, so the fact that I beat him by 7 points was pretty cool.  He almost always beats me.
Game Two's Team Hulk and Team Thundra.
...we even had a member with one of those metal bowling wrist thingy-a-ma-jiggies for goodness sake.
No hard feelings for our losses and no gloating for having kicked our butt but perhaps it's because once dinner was served we were all way too distracted with the deliciousness before us.
I'm not really one for seafood but this was amazing.
It was fish drowned in about a zillion tons of bean sprouts and sauce.
