As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

You'll Shot Your Eye Out

Christmas present two of two for Snickers finally arrived in the mail today!!!
It took me a couple of months to prepare this for him -- a picture book documenting the first year of Hulk's.  2014 just finished so I'm now working on that book and the plan is to make one for every year of Hulk's.
Trick question:  what do you get when two children toys fall into the hands of two not-fully-matured-yet men?
Answer:  You get about two seconds to run and save yourself!!!
Apparently not everyone knew the answer.
Members finished training early tonight and then one surprised us all by treating us to a sweet Hulk family fun night out together.  He took us to one of his favourite downtown hotspots.
