As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Mapping out Some Running and Doing More Work

This is my life -- notice the time on these screenshots -- the work never finishes.
After the comedy show last night, I returned to this, more work -- 7 messages from the KBS reporter to respond to and an email to follow-up with my 2:22am phone call with Team Nigeria.
Today I was on a mission to find another running route for my weekly long runs so Snickers and I trekked out to the country side.
We found a very rugged route that has nothing but bumpy dirt paths and fishermen.  There really aren't any trees to shade you from the sun and the road is quite the challenge for your ankles but it's a new possible route.
After checking out a new possible running route, we headed out to a sinfully delish favourite hotspot of mine -- the Toujours bakery.
They cook the bread right there on location so it's a feast for your senses.
Headed over to Dankook to another running route favourite of mine.
Except this time I walked it with Snickers.
