As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Packed with Training and Hugs

I was super excited to get back into training even if my run was a run on the treadmill.
I wasn't so happy with getting back into boxing meant for me and I'm surprised I could even lift my arm after padwork with Snickers.
But a nice unexpected surprise from a former member wanting to return to training was definitely a refreshing break from training.  I was given just enough time to throw out a smile for this picture before it was back to training for me.
In between boxing and weight training I told Snickers I had to go to the bathroom.  I lied.
I just really wanted to sneak into the back doggie room for some quick kisses from them.
It was a packed day and got even longer when I decided to cook some take-home breakfast for several of our Hulkies to enjoy tomorrow morning.
Snickers made them mandu while they waited for their oven bake breakfast to cook.
And they entertained me with their goofy faces and silly jokes... nice.... hahaha.
After all my training and then coaching our Hulkies, I was just as exhausted as Pac looks here.
...but then, of course, they all woke up and insisted on bedtime kisses and hugs.
Love these little and not-so-little ones.  They give me so much positive energy.
