As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Bright Clothes, a Gorgeous Boy and a New Pet Peeve

Morning run followed by a little nap and then an attempt to take Pac on a run.

My run with him was a no go but I definitely got in a good arm run trying to walk him and, as you can tell by these pics, I also go in some good shots of him too.
Took him back up the street, past Hulk's to where the municipal building and gazebo is and where no one really was.

These next pictures are TOTALLY not related to the above except for the fact that they were taken today.

Let's play a game... can you spot the differences between the pictures on the left vs the right?

[Hint: Common sense will tell you the individual shelves are made for only 2 pairs of gloves.]

For the next game, take a look at this sign...
Now what's wrong with this picture?!
[Hint: Some of these shoes belong to current members who continually put them back here.]

OK, so those weren't really games but me more or less trying to sarcastically attack an issue that has become as much as a pet peeve to me as dealing with the Pesky Parkers.
