As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Full Force on Yet Another Monday

Nothing says stress like Snickers coming back with his arm all wrapped up.
Regardless of it, he didn't skip a beat with training, he just had to improvise.
Live boxing was on the TV today so Snickers and many of the guys sat watching it.
A special little four-legged boy, Hulk Jr., made a special appearance today.
And while this is usually what it looks like in our crossfit area, our female members hulking out with their training...
...today this was the scene early in the evening when the heat just hadn't given up and it was sucking the energy out of everyone.  Even I was needing an energy boost.
I took this picture last week, me and some of my female Mini Hulkies, but had forgotten to add it into my homepage... oops.
A special little four-legged girl got a name today.  Introducing Thundra, she is super small like her brother Ali but though she be small she is fierce!
And speaking of fierce females, today two former female Hulkies made unexpected sweet visits to the club for some girl time and hugs.
