As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

The Fabulocity of This Friday... Friday, July 3

I'm going to miss this man, seriously.  He's the manager at System Fitness in Bloor West Village who has been letting me train here when I'm in Toronto... and where I've been getting business advice and life lessons too apparently.  Awesome manager and I love his go-get-them-tiger energy!
Met up with some of my favourite people for a beautiful dinner downtown.
I must admit, I have a girl crush on her tattoos and her style.  Love the bangs!
And I'll always get the giggles when I think about the fact that two of my friends are actually mother and son.  They're so super cool and I just love them both.
Dinner was served at a gorgeous restaurant tucked away off a downtown side street.
The place was stunning, the food was delish, but the best was the company.  I love these people right here, I seriously do.  I wish I could fly them all out to Korea to be with me!!!
