As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Celebrating Ice Cream Wednesday

First official picture of me with my boxing coach/manager... Coach Brown.
Say hello to my new home-away-from-home, Paul Brown BoxFix.
661 Yonge Street, located right at the corner of Yonge and Bloor.
This place is awesome and the people that work here and those who train here, well they're equally as awesome.  There's just really a lot of positive energy going on here.
And oh you know what day it is... Ice Cream Wednesday!!!
Ironically enough, I headed out to celebrate today, my cheat meal day, with someone who isn't really able to even eat ice cream... hahaha.  He enjoyed a spoonful though but it's only because I insisted.  Happy Ice Cream Wednesday everyone!
Walked off that ice cream at the lake -- love the lake!!!
Note that there's no photoshop action going on in this picture.  So pretty.
I miss Lake Ontario like I were a fish.  It's just so pretty and the fact that I can enjoy it in my parent's city and here in Toronto too, well, that's very cool.
After watching some dragon boats practicing and others playing in the water, we headed to a local beach side restaurant for some good eats and sweet chats.
