As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

From Start to Finish this Day was Awesome!!!

Headed downtown this morning for an extra strong coffee with a side order of cuteness.
This two pretty ladies and some coffee, seriously is there any better way to start the day?!
Checked out a new boxing club today and instantly got one of those down-in-your-deep-deep-gut feelings that told me this is where I fit.  Scored a job and training!!!
...and then, in my excitement of it all, I kind of got lost looking for another boxing club I wanted to check out for volunteer work -- a non-profit organization/boxing club that focuses on kids.
Getting lost in Toronto, not a problem.  I love this city.  I don't know if I could ever be upset with Toronto.  I love, love, LOVE this city way too much to ever be mad at it.
Celebrated today's awesome news with a home cooked meal by a beautiful friend of mine who was all too sweet to cook for me while I passed out on the couch.

Freakin' LOOOOOOOOOOOOVE being in Toronto!!!
