As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Bringing My Favourite People to the Roof Top Party

Showed up at tonight's party and was greeted by the rest of the party goers doing frog jumps towards us and working up a mad sweat on the roof top.
My crew and I from PB Boxfit made a grand entrance with our PB Boxfit gear on.
I had invited two extra special people to join me -- the Polish Princess and my boy J.
Some Polack public hugs... eat your heart out boys.
I rolled in with a solid crew and I've got much love for all of them.
I mingled somewhat but must admit I don't like crowds and I definitely don't like meeting new people in crowd settings like this.  I tend to get shy.
And who needs to mingle when you bring your favourite people?!  Exactly.
I've got much, much, MUCH love for these two and it was great to introduce them to each other tonight for the first time.
