As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

From Kicks to Heels

This is how my Saturday started off, slipping into my new Adidas white kicks, putting on my favourite Adidas pants and heading off to System for weight training.
I joked on Facebook that I didn't know if my buddy was protecting my new kicks or using my boxing gloves as a pillow.
Turns out he trained to hard and worked too much.
After weight training I had to race off to the boxing club.  I teach a class at 3:30pm on Saturdays.  Scored some mad awesome samples before class, awesome.
Those who know me know food is the way to my heart.  Today I gave my heart to Clover Leaf.
In the evening I headed out for a night out on the town.
This may not be on par with the Naked Dress but it does have it's own distinct name (which I won't repeat because it's a bit inappropriate... hahaha)
I love the large center piece on the collar part of it; it's detachable actually.
And I love the exposed back...got to show my art work.
