As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Sunday Love, Fun and a Run

This is some real Polish love for you, showing up at a Polish friend's house and them cooking for you.  Today the Polish Princess lured me to her house with promises of eggs.
...so of course I showed up.
Kisses for Coco.
I had come straight from church but that didn't stop me from playing with the pup.
Headed out for a run on the path by my house.
It was supposed to be a short one but nothing ever turns out as planned.
Me happily posing for a picture and me looking annoyed at an unexpected picture.
I never wear shorts, I hate shorts, so having my short legs snapped in a picture with shorts on wasn't what I wanted... thanks running buddy.
My annoyance with the pic of my shorts was short lived.  Once I caught sight of the fact that there's a dog park section, I suddenly forgot about the picture, got a second wind, and then raced it over to pet some beautiful four-legged cuties.
