As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Taking the Naked Dress Out on the Town

Got all dolled up and headed out for a business function with my boy J's company.
It was a escape game where you're divided into teams and then interact with the actors to get clues to solve the problems posed and, ultimately, escape the room.
I was in Team 3 but must admit they were a bit too into it compared to me.  It was a lot of fun, a very cool new experience, but I only really competitive with my sports, not games.
The event was then followed by dinner out... and you know I'm very serious about my food.
It was delish.
I had worn my "Naked Dress" for the event but after, once the sun went down and I parted from the group, I found myself freezing my Polish tush off so I paired the Naked Dress up with a new coat!  Picked up this gorgeous number at a store one of my Boxfit gals had recommended.

Note that this picture was taken around 9pm at the boxing club.
This club is very much becoming my home away from home.
