As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

From Scary to Scary Funny

Headed out to my afternoon boxfit class like I usually do on Saturdays.
Was greeted by this though -- a police scene right around the corner from my club.
Last night there was a shooting.  A 25yr old kid was shot and when he tried to drive away he drove right into a nearby condo.  He died.
The afternoon scene was scary and tonight was Halloween so it was supposed to be scary but it wasn't.  I didn't realize just how hardcore Torontonians go with Halloween!!!

Met up with my Boy J and then headed out with the Polish Princess.
Our crew of two only grew from there!

Kisses for Amy...
...apparently.  Too funny.
That's the beauty of Toronto, you just never know what's going to happen but I always happen to run into awesome people and have an awesome time.
Toronto, I love you and I love all the people filled in your city.
