As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Pre-Halloween Fun Out on the Town

Despite Halloween being tomorrow, upon leaving System from training, I ran into so many Torontonians on the subway in full fledge Halloween costumes.
I have absolutely no idea what this orange dude was suppose to be but he looked super cute and everyone around him was giggling.
I headed out this evening but I didn't sport a costume.  I did get dolled up though.
My outfit was picked out for me thanks to my coworker Kicka$$-K.

More costumes.  I guessed that this person was the Michilean man but at the end of the night it turned out to be the Michelean woman and boy was she super sweaty from the get up.

Originally it was just supposed to be the Polish Princess and I but of course where us two Polacks are there are always bound to be more friends or at least new friends.
