As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Staying Focused Despite a Minor Set Back

Pretty much my mission statement for why I'm here in Toronto, Canada.
...and why I do what I do and refuse to follow the crowd.
But it ain't easy doing what I'm doing, regardless of how little or how much I can really expand upon it here on my homepage.  One day I'll tell you all but for now just know that every day is a challenge for me.  I'm changing into an improved me, a tougher me.
And ya, it's hard.  There are plenty of people who don't understand what it is I'm doing what I'm doing or why I'm doing it -- the doubters and the haters.  But I know I've also got my crew of supporters and boy are they super strong.
