As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Girls Nite Out... Friday, November 20

Today me and some of my girls got all dolled up for a Girls Nite Out.
I wore a top that showed off my tattoo, a skirt that kissed my figure, and some shoes that looked down right lethal.
The "original four" of us girls are fit, fabulous gals.  I know two of them from System and one of them from Paul Brown Boxfit but I help them all with their boxing.
They're all fighters... nice.  Look out boys!
More lady friends joined up with us and so then we had a big crew.
A night of dancing is always followed by an extra early morning (or extra late night, depending on how you look at it) breakfast out together.
This time two of Kick-Kat's boy buddies showed up.  They would like to think they're security for us ladies but we all know us fighting chicks can hold our own.
