My Monday's start off on a pretty fabulous note, I'm not going to lie. I've got my 7am Open Box class that I coach and though the crew that comes us is small in numbers they're big in the positive energy that they bring.
OPEN BOX: 1 round of weight training followed by a short rest (30 seconds) and then one round of boxing.
It's an intense class that's for advanced level boxers.
