First day of the new year and a fresh blanket of snow arrived. Thanks Mother Nature.
I usually spend my New Years day sitting in a coffee shop, sipping on some extra strong coffee and writing out my new years resolutions. These were mine from last year.
Writing out resolutions today didn't happen though because trying to buy a good agenda in Canada is next to impossible but I did meet up with a Ginger Spice and discuss possible resolutions.
Met Ginger Spice's four-legged friend, Jinx.
I asked her if she wanted to watch Netflix and she said she just wanted to chill.
Apparently I'm not the only one that didn't know what "Netflix and chill" meant... hahaha.
My new bed for my apartment got delivered the other day... in boxes.
In Korea this would have been delivered, assembled and tested out but this is Canada and the workers are tight. Leave it to Ginger Spice to surprise me though by telling me she took carpentry school. Picked up her tools and away we headed to my place -- the Penthouse.
Viola... I now have an official bed.
No more roughing it out on the floor. I'll leave that for the Koreans!
Look at me, super duper excited about my new bed... I was so happy!
Now my room is complete and I absolutely love it.
No more ghetto curtain and sleeping on the floor.
I have four walls and a bed and it is fabulous!
