As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

From Silly Fighting to an All-Out Possible War

I feel your pain Mr. One-arm-kangaroo-dude.
I too really only have the use of one arm right now as I nurse an injury.
Am looking to save my good hand to help out with this... and even risk my bad hand too!
After training today, Coach Brown and I went out for breakfast and I got one of their free newspapers.  This is what greeted me on the very front page.
Here's the article.  It's about a "pickup artist" who is pro rape and who is about to
seriously get his butt kicked if he shows up here in Toronto!!!
Reading the article about him made me super ticked by but the time the day had progressed, my inbox, Facebook, and cellphone had all reached an overdose level of comments and texts about this particular article.  A counter attack was in the works.
