As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Happy Times and Dope Hair

Jumped on the Go Train and headed out to Whitby to celebrate Easter with my father and my brother's family.  We went to my dad's church out in Oshawa for a special performance.
Ended up running into one of my public school friends.  I don't remember him being so tall though.  Did everyone grow up and get tall but not me?!
The performance was quite the elaborate production, wow!!!
Church is always followed by lunch out and lunch out with my beautiful nieces is always accompanied by lots of pictures, lots of hugs and kisses, and lots of everyone wanting to sit on Auntie Amy's lap.  I love, love, LOVE these cuties to bunches!!!
My beautiful nieces and their mom, my sister-in-law.... everyone smile for the camera.
Then I had the trek back to the city.
I took this picture from the Go Train.  I always love watching as we appUnion
Ran into one of my Barbershop Boys upon arriving back in Toronto.
He gave me the full queen deal, escorting me to his shop and hand selecting someone to do my hair.  He insisted only the best to do my hair... awwww ;)
Viola, my hair.  It's pretty hype.
Dang,... it looks awesome.
I may have very little hair but what hair I have I make sure it looks dope!
