As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Back to Busy... Tuesday, April 26

Today's Schedule:
9:30am -- Chiropractor appointment with Dr. Merrill
11am -- Appointment with Korean translator
2pm -- Boxing with Coach Perez at Hardknocks Boxing
6pm -- Coffee with Ginger Spice (a pre-training caffiene fix)
7pm -- Weight training and heavy bag work at System Fitness
11pm -- Conference business phone call with Korea

Got the thumbs up from Dr. Merrill today after he checked me out in his office.  "Your body is feeling so much better", he said, a comment that I couldn't help but giggle over. Only can a chiropractor get away with saying such a comment instead of coming across sleazy.

At System tonight I trained a bit with the Porkchop; we did legs.  Coach Perez tells me not to train legs, he tells me not to even do weight training actually but I love it so much!  Ginger Spice joined me for a bit on legs too actually.  I did walking lunges with the Porkchop and then introduced my girl Ginger Spice to the wonderful world of Bulgarian split squats.  Her butt is going to be hurting for days, I just know it.

Why am I here??? said...

How come you don't listen to your coach? Isn't he giving you advice on how to better your game? Just curious...
