As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Did it, Done that, Not Doing it Again... Saturday, April 16

I have a confession to make, last night I had a drink.

Correction...a couple of drinks.

And anyone that knows me knows just one drink is more than enough for my system to go haywire so a couple is....ya, yikes.  I can't say I really felt it last night, I was overly self conscious of it, but I did feel it this morning.  Waking up today was rough and I was left nursing myself back to normality and regretting every single sip last night of Grand Mariner.  But, wurprisingly enough, with a belly of only two mini pitas with natural peanut butter and banana squished onto them, I did managed to show up for weight training at System today.  I showed up super late, only an hour and a half left till closing, but nonetheless I did show up.

I trained shoulder, chest and triceps.
