As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

The Beauty of Toronto

This is what greeted me as I walked to my personal training client's condo today -- the gorgeous skyline of Toronto in all it's fabulocity, lit up pink with the CN Tower reminding me this is home and the wires of the streetcars acting as a net and holding me here.  I love this city, absolutely love it!
One of the great things about Toronto is you just never know who you're going to meet -- it has everyone in this city!  Today I stopped by Global Legacy to pick up my tickets for tomorrow's fight night and who should I run into but Sasha.  He's from the Ukraine, is super tall, very talented, and probably one of the best looking Europeans I've met in a while.  Despite me smelling killing it at my boxing training, he put his arm around me and we posed for various pictures.
