As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Popping Out some Branded Clothing

Finalized things for my fighting trunks today and sent the design off to Korea for them in Korea to now do the running around and get made.  I think I may have made a spelling mistake on the Korean writing on the back but they'll catch that and I left it up to them to make the decisions with any extra design points.  Black, red and silver, that's the colour scheme I told them to go with.
You know you're a starving athlete when this is all you pick up at the grocery store.
Times are tough, money is tight, but the protein punch one single can of tuna packs is impressive and I need all the protein I can get my little Polish hands on.
I am on this tuna craze -- tuna, spinach and salsa.  And for pre-boxing I add in brown rice.
Some pre-boxing mixing of supplements.  I have my Pumped Volumizer for pre-boxing and then I mix in my BCAAs with my water I sip on during training. I made a paper funnel for Coach Perez and shared a mix of it today with him.
Headed into the clothing custom shop today to talk to one of my guys there.
He helped me with the finer details of the design I've been working on for sweaters.
No sooner do I walk out of the shop with my new Dead Aim sweater but I run into these super cute girls.  They recognised me so I thought what better way to promote my sweater than with two fans.  Thanks ladies.
At Clancy's Boxing tonight I received some sweet gifts -- some clothes from their GJWB line.  I got a sweater, tank top and some pants.  I loooooove the pants and this off-the-shoulder top is so irresistibly comfortable!!!
