I had ton of work to do today, everything from running around for errands to doing computer work at home, and this little dude relaxed all day. It is a dog's life!
I had two Webinars to listen to online so me laying down meant leaning
over and writing notes. Not exactly relaxing.
Late in the evening I headed into System to train legs.
I ended up filming a short video of my three favourite exercises -- pile squats,
weighted squats
I love doing these because they really engage my core!
walking lunges
Do a few laps of these and tell me if you don't feel them, woozers.
