As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

A Stunning but Sore Saturday

As ghetto as some say it is, I'm super excited to announce that the ghetto fabulous pool here in my apartment complex has officially opened, yesterday!!!
Fueling up on caffeine before Ginger Spice and I hit the weights meant handing over my phone so that she could answer some of my text messages.  I handle all my fan mail but these days I get the most random of texts from certain guys who see the spotlight I've been in and want to jump in on the action.
I may be alone here but that's by choice, thanks.
Boys are seriously the last thing on my brain right now.  They're not a priority.
While at System, I got my two butt-kicking fabulous friends to help me out do my Day 9/22 PTSD Challenge video... that is after I pretty much killed them on some incline cardio.
After a grueling leg workout, Foo Man Choo thought it'd be "fun" to make me walk around down by the lake.  I always love the lake but today my legs didn't.
Foo Man Choo still hates pictures and I still try to sneak him in them.
He's okay with back shots though, apparently.
Cool spot at the lake, what used to be a gas station.
Back when Foo Man Choo first came to Canada with his family, back when he was a little boy from Malaysia, this building was the first thing he saw.  This building and a ton of snow and to a little kid from Asia this left quite the imprint on him that still to this day he reflects on and smiles about.
