As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

A Sunday full of Cuties

My kind of Sunday morning -- lazy lounging with a beautiful guy before church.
At church today there was a baby dedication and the baby was a butter ball of baby pudge, totally attentive to what my pastor was saying to him.... too cute!
I thought this guy was pretty cute too, this older man knitting on the subway.  He was super proud of the work he had done though I must admit that's good because his knitting was super bad.  Props to him though for his cuteness and loving his hobby.
Nice, welcome to Cabbagetown, where you go to a BBQ and buy perfume at the
same place.  I'm not too sure how this works though, maybe it doesn't.
It made for a good giggle in the afternoon and a funny pic.
Ended a day full of cuties with a cute friend of mine, Captain Bowtie, and some sinful indulgence in some ice cream.  Ice cream blizzard for me, yeah, yeah!!!!
