As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Lots of Pool Action

Special delivery today from Herbal Life in France!!!
I was approached online from one of their representatives and today a special package with lots of nutritional goodies arrived for me to test out.
Free entertainment arrived for me at the pool today -- two construction workers who had been told to stop working because of today's crazy heat.  They both came into the pool area, took off their construction boots and gear, then stripped down to their shorts (?!) and jumped into the pool.
Lots of action at the pool today, so much action in fact that the other pool got in on it.
I'm not admitting to it but I may or may have not jumped in the community pool for a late night swim with some of my neighbours.  Our pool is way better than this one though!
