As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Monday Madness Every Week but Always Different

Was so pleasantly surprised by another birthday card sent to me by a fan in the States. Thank you!
Nothing screams Toronto more than walking through Nathan Philips Square,
pass City Hall and pass that beautiful Toronto sign.

I look like I'm relaxing here but I'm really not.  I'm "refueling" and waiting for my battery to charge up, as in my energy levels, in between killing it with my laps and then heading off to two hours of boxing.
Okay, so maybe I was relaxing a bit... but only a bit.
I posted this picture on my Facebook today and friends and fans went crazy over it.
One flip of my hair and I totally look so different... and too "normal" if you ask me.
A little piece of Korea greeted me at training today.  Quite the sweet way to cap the day.
