As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

My Possible "Big Break"... Thursday, August 25

I may very well have scored my big break, seriously.  I really can't get into details about it because things aren't finalized yet and due to complications with Korea (and all the hair-pulling annoyances there).  Finally all my hard work and slaving away at mapping out my Second Dream may have hit the jackpot!!! It's not exactly how I thought my Second Dream would have evolved or come about and it's definitely a different route I never considered but it seems to be the route it's taking.

This time next year everything for sure is going to be different and the ties with Korea may no longer be holding me down and restricting me.  I'll be free, absolutely free. Free and successful as a booming business entrepreneur here in Canada, in the 6ix.
