As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

I Wonder if the Gym Misses Me Like I Miss It on Rest Days

Man, sorry Arnold but I absolutely hate, hate, HATE rest days!!!
Headed to the library to do some work on their computers and to study but was pleasantly
distracted by a random little bird who had snuck into the building.
This used to be what I came home to, 3 beautiful four-legged friends, but now only 1 four-legged boy greets me.  I'm super blessed to have him here, don't get me wrong, but I miss Pacquiao and Pyen Chi every single day.
I absolutely love having Balboa here with me in Canada.  He's a little piece of home for me.
Today I treated him to some new threads and made him look a little more bas a$$.
He got a red leather collar with silver metal stars on it and a "Good dog gone bad" t-shirt.
