As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

A Party and Some Ink

It was System Fitness' 14th year anniversary so the Polish Princess and I showed up.
I love, love, LOOOOOVE System Fitness.  This is where she and I first met actually.
I had hoped to be able to stay longer but I had an appointment to race off to.
...but first some food, yes please!!!
My appointment was for another tattoo and it was at FY Ink downtown.
My tattoo was specially designed by not only my tattoo artist Jen but also by Skittles.
Considering this wasn't my first tattoo I was prepared for the pain but it wasn't bad at all.
Jen did an amazing job and I absolutely love, love, LOVE it!!!
I wasn't the only one getting inked tonight.  I was joined by another.  He got a different line from the same song printed on his forearm so if you see someone in Toronto walking around with a line from John Legend's "All of Me", well, he's someone special to me.
